Mystic Island Volunteer Fire Co. # 1 was formed in 1972 to serve the citizens of the township of Little Egg Harbor and to aid surrounding companies in their efforts to protect their respective communities....... Mystic Islands Volunteer Fire Company #1 provides direct services to the citizens of Fire District #2. Two other fire companies serve the remaining two districts. West Tuckerton Fire Co. serves District #1 and Parker town Fire Co. serves District #3..... We respond to all emergency calls ranging from simple EMS assistance calls to water rescue, recovery, confined space entrapments, vehicle accidents, structure fires, and everything in between......Our goal is to save life and protect property....
